The ability to communicate with all parties involved in order fulfillment process as well as having access from any where at anytime was very helpful for us during our busy holiday season! There were times when I had difficulty finding someone that could help me out or get back to my email fast enough!! Very easy implementation into current system, we have noticed an increase in efficiency throughout entire organization which has lead up to more customer service reps able & willing answer questions faster than ever before.
