I was so impressed with their amazing customer service and the fact that they took the time to resolve my dissatisfaction. They sent me the silky crayons in the plastic cover. I really love these ones, they are super easy to use, the colors are vibrant and my daughter really enjoys coloring with it too.The reviews are right! These crayons are so fragile! They broke on the second day! My husband tried to pick one up and it literally broke in half just as he picked it out of the container!So disappointed! And they're so expensive!I wanted to add a picture but I can't find the option to add a picture!
