For those with newer VW or Audi cars I've got to the bottom of the issue. I called Bosch and it turned out that there are two packages for the 24OE, only the one with a gray screen and saying "Clear Max 365" (see photo) includes additional adapters that fit newer VW and Audi models -Vehicles are needed. In fact, I noticed that the 19OE description I bought says "Use only Clear Max 365 for VW". When I received my 19OE it came with a gray screen on the front and additional adapters so one fits nicely. I ended up getting a refund for my 24OE and am now considering how to make sure I get the right one. "So they suggested going to a local retailer, but I might as well try another Revain product if the description says Clear Max 365.
