You should not take it, it does not meet any standards.

I bought it in the hope that my iPhone 11 would be great friends with it and that I could connect a USB 3.1 drive and enjoy the speed. But alas, no - the router hung when using the disk. I tried SANDISC SSD, Toshiba, Adata, Kingston SSD. Formatted through the web interface in different formats, the result is the same, after pumping 8 gigs from the disk back and forth a couple of times - the router hung up and turned on the red diode. I had to go and reboot it with the button. Most likely it was

    Cons
    • It heats up and freezes right away after 30-40 minutes.

Before that, there was an ASUS RT-AC5300, it constantly caught a wedge, it could go into successive reboots for several hours until it died completely. This has not yet seen such problems, it works stably, although it heats up a lot. I was very pleased with the dimensions, much smaller than the AC5300. I don't use all the features, so I can't say anything extra. But the device pleased me, I hope it will live longer.

    Pros
    • Ease of setup, communication quality, dimensions, functionality.
    Cons
    • It gets very hot, it doesn’t hit too far, but it’s enough for a 3rd apartment with a margin.

A completely ordinary product, nothing remarkable.

It seems to be a good router, but it seems to be rotten. If the manufacturer changes the policy and adds Fusion to it, maybe it will become a cool router. But marketing ploys make him a one-legged cripple at the moment. Has some pros: Holds a confident signal, covers 70-80 meters, tunes to one common transmission range. Got cons: It does not have VPN FUSION in the menu, and the manufacturer is not particularly worried about adding this feature to this model. It turns out the price, like that of

    A valuable purchase, some advantages!

Previously, there was a router on each floor, now there is ax92u on the 2nd floor, while others are disabled. 3 floors completely covers. I'm waiting for new firmware from Merlin.

    Lousy product, low quality.

    P. S After 2 months, I realized that it was too much praised review, the router is completely dead. One huge problem is wifi 6, the laptop does not see the network at all, the phone normally saw, I thought there was a problem with the laptop, I flashed the latest firmware, it got even worse with the AX network . As a result, I handed it over under a guarantee for diagnostics, the result, a refund, the router is not repairable

    Pros
    • Beautiful, compact
    Cons
    • The price is horse, it heats up like a stove, the last one was Keenetic Ultra the best router among speakers

    Revainrating 3 out of 5

The product can be used, I expected a little more.

Pros below: I bought a dual router with a repeater. House 280 meters with a second light, does not cover completely. Happy with the speed. With its cons: After two weeks of use, it revealed a marriage in the form of unsuccessful soldering inside the head router (as stated by the provider's master).

Best I have ever used, great product for anyone!

This is not the first router from Asus, this one was taken to replace the RT-AC88U, since AX (wi-fi6) was needed. Three band router - all 3 bands can be merged into 1 (Smart Connect). Compared to the past, the signal range is many times better; in a 3-room apartment, the signal is excellent from anywhere. In the parking lot in the car (I live on the 1st floor), the radio and tablet catches Wi-fi without any problems, although the AC88U did not even have a hint of a network signal. I don’t think

    Pros
    • Outward appearance, compactness, signal quality, speed, wi-fi6, parental control, a variety of settings.
    Cons
    • Long loading, in other matters, like all similar routers, although the RT-N56U was the year before, it loaded many times faster.

    Revainrating 5 out of 5

Fits the description completely, very satisfying.

I took it for "growth" as the main replacement for ASUS RT-AC68U. The old one will be the second in the system. I don’t see any difference, I hope so far, except for the Smart Connect function and new bands. And before everything flew and now everything flies. I will deal with Smart Connect whether this function is good or not. While connected. So beautifully painted about the new protection system in this router. In fact, nothing new has been established. Usual protection for ASUS routers from

    Pros
    • Decent ASUS router with all the bells and whistles, including the third range and Smart Connect.
    Cons
    • Warming up.

I wasn't thrilled with the product, but it can be used.

Before that, the asus RT-N65U on the Padawan firmware worked properly for more than 10 years. Warm, even hot. Maybe that's why he died. Asus has good hardware, but software is *. The 92nd heats up, but not as much as the previous one. Although the maximum load is 4 devices via Wi-Fi and a computer by wire. They write that a long reboot, I did not notice. Has pros: Probably powerful. I can’t evaluate yet with a tariff of 50Mb / s and the absence of devices with Wi-Fi 6. Has cons: IP-TV…

Not particularly happy with it, but it's mostly okay.

They say it gets warm . well, warm, of course, but I wouldn’t call it heating. After six months of use, I decided to change the tariff to gigabit. worked as lucky: sometimes a couple of hours, sometimes a couple of months, at some point it drops to 100 and at least do something: reboot, reset to factory settings, experiment with settings - it can start working, but after an unpredictable time it drops to 100 again and in a circle . The provider changed thought they had a problem. The support…

    Pros
    • Quick start, starts work in two pokes. The settings are dark, but there is no need to wind everything up at once. Holds a large number of clients simultaneously in both ranges . forced to downgrade.
    Cons
    • The design is very controversial, some kind of branch of Sauron Some problems with gigabit

    Revainrating 5 out of 5

Just super, it's beautifully made, I'm very happy with it.

Expensive, but it has more to do with the course. It works well, initially just plugged it into the outlet, connected the wire and it worked out of the box. A little more detailed tuning allowed more ideal results. For a 3+ room apartment, that's it. Several devices with wifi6 at home, works fine. In the future I am planning a NAS server, in general, all functions are provided for convenient work with it.

    Pros
    • Compact, well-made, squeezes the maximum out of the available traffic from the operator (200 Mbps). Through a load-bearing wall, ping is 3 ms and the speed is maximum. Great functionality.
    Cons
    • Gets a little warm. For better work, it needs to be configured, the rules for switching between types of networks, otherwise it often jumps between ranges.

    Great router, easy setup

I have been working in IT for over 20 years. I've configured more routers than I can count. I've been using ASUS products for many years and haven't had any major problems. That's all you need to know about this router. 1) The first thing you should do is update the firmware. That's more important than you think. 2) Configure it manually after a full update. It's not difficult, so don't be intimidated. Setup is very easy and the only difficult decision might be what to name the SSID and whether

    Pros

There are currently 6 installed. AYMESH BROKEN Confirmed.

I have several customers who were excited about home Wi-Fi and I came across this product and bought two packs for the customer. I was very happy with just two. I put one in router mode, one in mesh mode and boom, I traveled a long distance and the phone/router talked to each other and automatically connected to either 2.4 or 5 GHz and automatically switched one of the Router Selected With Best Signal I couldn't be happier! Then I decided what the heck let's get the mesh in Asus that I'm…

    This router does not

I'm sorry this device has a very big problem that makes it unusable because its presentation, initial setup and UI/UX are awesome! Without bandwidth, however, this is completely useless. I read the review but thought hey, I'm no longer stuck in traffic and have some more time to play around with this stuff. I think in most cases the reviews giving those 4 or 5 stars are because people are not techies and can't identify the router as a problem. Although maybe they got lucky in some cases and it…

    Pros
    • The most powerful mesh system: AiMesh technology allows you to install an even more powerful Wi-Fi system with 802.11ax technology as a wireless backhaul network for data transmission between two RT-AX92U, which has the most stable Wi -Fi- Fi for connected devices
    Cons
