I really like the product, it fully meets my expectations.

The environment is crucial, second only to a really steady link. In reality, there isn't a setting. I connected it to the outlet and downloaded the application; that was the entire easy setup process for this equipment.

    Pros
    • Flying tyrnet. a primary school.
    Cons
    • Network wires are generally quite short.

Average quality, not a great product.

In general, for a device of the type, I set it and forgot the very thing. For those who like to climb in the settings, etc. will not be interested. Has some pros: Stylish, easy to set up, but only through a mobile application. Got cons: There are very few settings. Parental control by subscription for +/-450/month(! ) The operation indicator is very bright for the night, I did not find how to control it in the settings

The purchase brought only positive emotions.

The most important thing (besides the actual stable connection) is the setting. Actually, there is no setting. I plugged it into the socket, downloaded the application - that's the whole simple procedure for setting up this equipment.

    Pros
    • Tyrnet flies. Elementary setting.
    Cons
    • Complete network cables are very short

In the concrete jungle, the 1st device is enough for about 35-50m2 without significant signal loss (input 200Mbps, through 3 concrete walls the second block gives 180Mbps, without it - up to 20Mbps).

    Pros
    • Quick setup. 100% seamless roaming. Design.
    Cons
    • I think that such a kit is definitely not worth the triple cost of expensive routers (I took it for a promotion for 15,000. )

I have not regretted the purchase, everything is fine.

When the residents of an apartment building with reinforced concrete walls came to the conclusion that it was unnecessary to run ethernet cable throughout the building, they said thus. Because of this, 2.4 GHz sends bumps to the floor in the next room, and 5 GHz is the highest that can pass through a single wall. I took care of the situation as best I could given the circumstances. It does not help if there are no antennas with gain and other such things. Made the decision to experiment with…

    Pros
    • Mesh WiFi, at a cost that is not overly prohibitive. It has a chic appearance.
    Cons
    • Interface and options are extremely lacking in useful information. Configuration in the vein of "I know better what you need" Quite a bit of heat.

A great option for this money, one of the best offers.

The device is awesome! Before it, there was a MESH network from Tenda, it worked fine, but there were points of signal loss (it was visible by video link if you walked around the apartment), the speed also cut. This one works very well: the speed at all points of the apartment over the air is 100 Mbps, there are no failures, the setup is simple, even devices with 2.4 GHz connected without problems. There is WiFi 6, a powerful processor gives maximum speed even if 6 devices are connected. I took

    Pros
    • Good coverage, nice design, easy setup
    Cons
    • BP is too big

Before buying, I consulted with those support about which option would be optimal in my case (300 m2 house with 3 floors, 2 brick walls, interfloor reinforced concrete slabs, tariff 500 Mb / s, local wired network, switch, there are Wi- Fi 4, 5 and 6). The house was completely covered, there were no dead zones left, but the radius of action was not enough for the personal plot. I connected (with the help of technical support, because there are a lot of devices in the house and I wanted a 100%…

    Pros
    • Data transfer speed, ease of connection, tech. support is great!
    Cons
    • The radius of action is not enough for a personal plot

It is difficult to evaluate through the total delight. And Apple stood with us, and others before it. But it did not cover the whole house, even dancing with a tambourine. Of course, we still can't get enough of it. Surely someone will find flaws, but for a mere mortal who needs to catch not only in two rooms, but also on the veranda and in general in the whole house - I recommend this to such a buyer.

    Pros
    • Fully meets the assigned tasks. There was nothing we could do to distribute Wi-Fi in a house in the village, and only these "eggs" helped.
    Cons
    • Wire short

    Nothing unusual, a normal product.

I bought this set of boxes in the hope that I could cover problematic places in the apartment with a normal wi-fi signal. I tried to place the devices in different ways, but it was not possible to achieve a decent signal level in a problematic place. Moreover - one mikrotik hap ac2 showed a better signal level than this whole train of three cylinders. Pros below: Easy and simple setup. Theoretical support for WIFI 6 (I could not check, because I do not have other devices supporting this…

Has pros: Easy and fast installation and configuration. Works well, through a main wall of 4 bricks, the speed is cut 2 times, from 300 to 150 Got cons: The incoming speed on the tariff was raised to 1GB, through the main wall the speed began to be cut 4-5 times, it does not rise above 250 MB. Usually 150-200

When the owners of an apartment with reinforced concrete walls decided that it was not necessary to spread ethernet around the rooms. As a result, 2.4GHz shoots bumps to the floor to the far room, and 5 is a maximum through one wall. I dealt with this problem as best I could. No antennas with gain and so on do not help. Decided to try this newfangled thing. I don’t really believe in Mesh as a solution to all problems, because I can imagine how WiFi works. Arranged the banks in the rooms and…

    Pros
    • Mesh WiFi, for a relatively modest price. Looks stylish.
    Cons
    • Very uninformative interface and settings. Configuration in the style of "I know better what you need" Pretty warm.

Pandemic is perfect! in network products

We have many smart home devices, so typically around 25 devices use our network. Since the children didn't go to school, they had problems with video conferences and the like. This net was an instant hit. Go from shaky videos on a computer next to your router to smooth, uninterrupted video streaming around the house! I couldn't be happier!

    Pros
    • Few competitors
    Cons
    • Negative value present

    Domestic pest in network products

Some garbage. My wife's work laptop doesn't see the network SSID. Your work laptop cannot connect to the TP Link Deco 20 network. There is a card in the box stating that some devices may not work or need a software update. My wife's work computer won't connect to the network - how should I update the software? We call this TP-Link product "House Destroyer" because if I leave it, my marriage will be over. The hardware looks cheap. Looks like Chinese junk from the 1990s. That green LED is…

Improved speed and range, satisfied all round!

I was using a Mac airport router with an extension cord. I had an old modem and replaced it with an ARRIS Surfboard T25 DOCSIS 3.1 Gigabit cable modem. Then I added TP-Link Deco X20. The Deco was easy to set up and the two additional devices paired flawlessly. My speed has exploded. I live on 3700 sqm. Walk and throughout the home with great connectivity and speed. My ISP is Comcast and they told me that my old modem couldn't match the speed of the new modems. After these changes I am…

    Fast internet access, easy installation

We live in a spacious two story home with outdoor entertainment areas. We always had a lot of dead zones and repeaters didn't help much. This system serves its purpose. Incredibly fast speeds throughout the home and beyond. I found the app helpful in installing it until I encountered a problem. And then it became useless. The site is much more helpful. The main unit adjusted quickly after the initial failure. Caution: The cable that comes with the device to connect the modem to the device is…

Seamless install and major changes to my wireless network

As I went into COVID-19 "isolation" and was working from home, video conferencing with Microsoft TEAMS became the new daily norm. My home Wi-Fi system was not ready for this change. I paid for 100m/s Wi-Fi, and after several calls to tech support, the tech showed that the signal from my router was weak in many places in my house. He also suggested that I consider a Wi-Fi mesh system. After much research and reviewing the features, I settled on TP-Link Deco X20 based on the highly acclaimed…

I thought I upgraded from a Deco M4 install, WRONG. It's very slow.

About a week ago I bought a Deco M4 system, 3 pieces. The install was honestly the easiest I've ever done. Instantly, all of the dead zones and issues I had with my AT&T U-Verse were gone. For the first time I had WiFi throughout the house that actually worked. I was so happy I even tweeted about TP-Link. For some reason I decided to upgrade to this X20 system. I have 30 days to return the M4 system I bought why not upgrade as I am so happy. It's been 2 hours since my exchange. Wi-Fi speed is…

Mediocre WiFi 6 with frequent restarts

This is normal. I got them to replace my Google Wi-Fi. I got them because they accept a wired connection and many other grid systems don't. I ran ethernet through my house so I didn't have to connect each mesh unit directly instead of relying on wireless signal transmission. You have become decent. The app and its obstacles are great. Much cleaner and nicer than the Google Wi-Fi Mesh. - Each device accepts a wired connection as backhaul - You can integrate and work with other tp-Link network…
