The quality is at the level, I am satisfied with everything.

The quality is high. I recommend it for experienced users who know what they want to get and know how to set up professional equipment. Got pros: 1) Design 2) Powered by PoE from the router 3) Ease of setup 4) Huge coverage area Has cons: Can't be configured without special software. This must be taken into account.

I was surprised by the quality for this price.

With its pros: It works quickly, it is set up quite easily, the signal is stable, one point is enough for a house 18 by 9 without questions - mixed ceilings - brick, round timber, roof under metal. I am satisfied. Some cons: poe is bad, its power standard is 24v, and the Cisco switch gives out 48v . I had to put it through the injector.

    Excellent product, the best quality.

When combined with the same AP, gjlrk, this is the ideal AP for a small office. Xtys B is powered over PoE from the Zyxel 1200-8, requiring the fewest possible wires. Has pros: Support for Power over Ethernet, and an Injector Large surface area covered Seamless Mesh Support for Networks Cloud management Cons: You will need to register on the site in order to complete the basic setup. Plastic with markings gets filthy. Inconvenient fastening, and it is difficult to separate the AP from the…

I do not cease to rejoice at the purchase, a very good deal!

Some pros: I bought four access points, set up a seamless network in a country house. Excellent points in terms of quality and price. Comes with PoE injectors. Cons below: It is not convenient to remove from the surface if it has already been fixed and snapped.

Product is disappointing, not what it promises.

We bought 12 pieces for theorganization, pecking at the possibility of seamless roaming and 5GHz support, it turned out that these were points for the home, with centralizedcomntrol. The forum is torn that it is impossible to enable roaming, but the latest answers are always the same - it will not ( 1389232).

    Pros
    • Very long range, PoE included. Automatic configuration when connected to the network with the controller (via options in DHCP). Dual band: 2.4GHz and 5GHz.
    Cons
    • There is no seamless roaming, they write on the forum that it will never be on AC models, especially LR.

It was a bad idea to buy it, the money was wasted.

Ubiquiti's support staff is as nonexistent as their music. There's no way for me to spend the $9000 I donated. Back in the late 1980s, you had to manually pull out the microcircuits and flash them in order to use any piece of equipment. After completing Ubiquti's multi-step registration process, nothing happened when he requested three experts on the machinery in question. The company has lofty goals, but they're stuck with the current product. Previous Ubiquti access points failed within a…

    Pros
    • No
    Cons
    • After attempting an upgrade through the Ubiquiti website, the product remains inoperable.

Disappointed with the product, not good for anything.

Attached is a photo of my Wi-Fi hotspot. The product cost one and a half times more because of the convenience of delivery, and for this price it is impossible to get it. As a result, the order did not come, all the deadlines went, grandiose hemorrhoids. Now the service wants me to carry somewhere this unnecessary and useless thing for me with the purpose of returning it. I will never go to the market or online trade again.

    Pros
    • Express delivery
    Cons
    • the price of express delivery - they brought the WRONG GOODS AT ALL, apparently it is unrealistic to collect the order correctly in two hours

The perfect product for any user!

Before that, I used the Asus RT-AC-56U router, but there were problems with 5GHz network coverage - on the second floor of the house, the WiFi signal disappeared completely, I had to look for it. When I got tired, I completely replaced the network infrastructure with Ubiquiti (since the provider's network is also with Ubiquiti): USG router + switch with PoE + UniFi AC LR + CloudKey. Because of CloudKey, the kit turned out to be not budget, but it provides a number of advantages. The access…

    Pros
    • 1) Design 2) Powered by PoE from the router 3) Ease of setup 4) Huge coverage area
    Cons
    • 1) A controller is required to manage and maintain the guest network (PC / CloudKey / Proprietary DVR with controller software installed) 2) Solution price

    Revainrating 5 out of 5

Good product for me, no problems at all.

The fact that these points require a separate proprietary router or a server with controller software is neither a disadvantage nor an advantage. For me, it's more convenient to ate the software and configure everything centrally. I think that most of those who have grown to such hardware already have a server for installing the controller on the farm. On the other hand, this creates a risk that in case of problems with the manufacturer, software support will be terminated and the use of access

    Pros
    • 1. Range - I replaced two home routers with two such points - the signal is excellent in all corners of the house, despite the walls. It was much worse. 2. Customization options. I made a guest network without a password with a reduced speed and without access to the home server, set up flexible monitoring, divided the network segments (local area / guests / cameras / TV / control) by VLANs . well, yes, in home networks such features are mainly used enthusiasts :) , but it turned out to be very useful for me. 3. Powered by PoE and neutral design allows you to hang not from the ceiling, but from the ceiling outside. Looks good without cables/sockets.
    Cons
    • 1. The PoE standard is unusual, I can’t power it from the D-Link switch I have with PoE support, I have to hang bundled adapters nearby or buy additional ones. adapter. 2. Installing the Unifi Controller on an existing server (Ubuntu) took some time to google the causes of the problems and solve them (the main culprit in the headache is MongoDB).

Pros: You can build a seamless Wi-Fi network at a frequency of 5 GHz without using additional equipment, except for a router Got cons: There is no second lan - port to use the device as a switch For example, there is one Ethernet socket, a smart TV hangs nearby and you need to power the point itself using poe power

The ubiquity never ceases to amaze.

I am not being paid or compensated in any way for this review. (Don't you hate all those paid reviews anymore?) The ubiquity never ceases to amaze. For the price I can't find anything better. (Been in IT since 1986, no, that's not a typo. I'm old.) These new devices only work with the newer controller software, so you'll save yourself a lot of time adding this to an older system and your controller update first. I worked with support for 3 days trying to get some of them to work with a system I

    Pros
    • Useful beyond its original purpose
    Cons
    • Tradable

    Revainrating 5 out of 5

Really good good for computers and accessories

I love Ubiquti products. These access points have a decent range. Of course, it is exhausted by walls. The controller function can be confusing. Beware their tech support stinks. But they have a forum with good information. You can do and customize many things with these apps.

    • Acceptable
