Revainrating 4 out of 5

I have not regretted the purchase, everything is fine.

When the residents of an apartment building with reinforced concrete walls came to the conclusion that it was unnecessary to run ethernet cable throughout the building, they said thus. Because of this, 2.4 GHz sends bumps to the floor in the next room, and 5 GHz is the highest that can pass through a single wall. I took care of the situation as best I could given the circumstances. It does not help if there are no antennas with gain and other such things. Made the decision to experiment with this cutting-edge method. Due to the fact that I am familiar with how WiFi operates, I am not really convinced that Mesh is the answer to all of our problems. Placed the banks in the appropriate rooms and conducted the check. WiFi service is now provided everywhere within the flat. Each wall causes a about thirty percent decrease in the uplink, while the downlink is variable dependent on whether or not the device supports beamforming. As a consequence of this, there are 30 Mbps left over from the original 100 Mbps in the most recent edition, which, to put it another way, is a significant improvement over having none at all. The problem is that it is not able to configure 2.4GHz and 5GHz points independently. This is the first problem. In addition, there are no settings for the Wi-Fi connection. Even WPS cannot be disabled in any way. Second, it would be beneficial to choose explicitly who is in control of each bank on an individual basis. Because there may be times when you need to transport one of the cans while concealing the primary one from view. Let's distribute the Internet over the site by putting two banks in the house, one each in the center and on the window, and another bank someplace at the opposite end of the site. Alternatively, as in my situation, the main bank and the slave can be separated by more than three walls made of reinforced concrete. As a side note, roaming in wireless mode works really well by itself all by itself. Despite the fact that all of the comments suggest otherwise. I actually do have every piece of equipment in my house in 8022022ax.

Pros
  • Mesh WiFi, at a cost that is not overly prohibitive. It has a chic appearance.
Cons
  • Interface and options are extremely lacking in useful information. Configuration in the vein of "I know better what you need" Quite a bit of heat.
