Review on Grape by David Romo

The interface is clean with no unnecessary features or clutter that distracts from what's important - messaging between employees! I wish there were more ways for us as an organization to engage with our customers/clients outside of email but this tool has helped make sure we're always communicating effectively internally too. We use grape primarily within my department (but also across multiple departments) throughout the day. Our managers love how easy it makes communication during their busy work days. Before using grape, many times they'd have to send out emails asking people if something was ok instead of just being able to message them directly through grape which helps keep everyone informed about things quickly while still keeping up morale. This system has allowed me to be much better at managing time since everything gets put into one thread rather than having separate threads going back-and-forth via email. Communication flow is very quick when messages are sent via grape because once someone responds, it pops right onto their screen without.
