Excellent way of communicating quickly

With Grape, we can chat with people on our team, our clients and our partners from wherever we are. We are able to do quick messaging, updates and status on our work. It also includes a CRM tool. Their support team is super responsive. Sometimes we need some things explained in more detail so that we can understand. I can say that this service is excellent. It has made communications more effective between our team and the clients. It's great solution for quick communication. It's easy to useโ€ฆ

grape is a quick, easy, but very important tool for our organization.

The interface is clean with no unnecessary features or clutter that distracts from what's important - messaging between employees! I wish there were more ways for us as an organization to engage with our customers/clients outside of email but this tool has helped make sure we're always communicating effectively internally too. We use grape primarily within my department (but also across multiple departments) throughout the day. Our managers love how easy it makes communication during their busy
