With Grape, we can chat with people on our team, our clients and our partners from wherever we are. We are able to do quick messaging, updates and status on our work. It also includes a CRM tool. Their support team is super responsive. Sometimes we need some things explained in more detail so that we can understand. I can say that this service is excellent. It has made communications more effective between our team and the clients. It's great solution for quick communication. It's easy to use for employees as well as customers/clients. The support is also very helpful with any questions that I've had so far. We are able to manage customer communication from anywhere by using this platform. Sometimes there will be some lag time when sending messages out but nothing too major. If they implemented more features or updates like scheduling meetings etc than this would definitely get 5 stars! Managing our communications between branches, customers, clients.
