The most helpful thing about this app has been its ability for me as well other caregivers (my parents) who have lost their memory or are no longer able use it themselves in some way! It allows us both access remotely which helps tremendously when you live out across state lines from eachother but still need someone there occasionally like doctors appointments etc.. Sometimes if I'm not close enoughtly i can't reach them quick enuf so being remote really helped make our lives easier especially since we only see one another once every few months now due to distance between where they were living prior/nowhere else nearby yet together :) Definitely worth trying even though sometimes things donot go according planed because your phone gets locked up while using online banking ect... Just be patient!! If anyone knows anything related to healthcare services such medical procedures insurance questions then.
