Clumpy eyes good for the eyes

I was very disappointed with this product - it was sent in bubble wrap without a box, I thought it might even be a used tester. There doesn't seem to be a filter to remove the mascara from the brush when you pull the brush out of the case - everything sticks together and doesn't apply well - a lot of money for a bad product -
