I've always had a problem with slouching. Now I'm in my 30's and I still have postural issues. I couldn't figure out how to fix it despite trying different workouts or techniques. I always felt tired from trying to stay upright. I decided to buy this posture corrector hoping it would help correct my posture problems. I'm so glad I stumbled across this product! I didn't even know these existed! I wish I knew that sooner! I wear 6-8 hours a day. It is very comfortable, does not restrict movements and, most importantly, helps to correct posture. I don't even feel tired doing it. I used it for a week before writing this review. I have to say I see a slight improvement in my posture when I'm not wearing it. I can't wait to see results after using it for a long period of time. I'm also keeping my fingers crossed that this might help heal my mild scoliosis. Overall, I'm glad I bought this product. Can't wait to see more results!
