First of all, I have EXTREMELY sensitive eyes and in addition to watery eyes, puffiness and redness, milia sometimes appear on the skin around the eyes due to adverse foods. I've tried several other eye primers and all have produced a reaction. Next to. Put A Lid On It is non-irritating to the eyes and skin around them. That's great! However, the first few times I clearly used too much product because there were some wrinkles. I've reduced the amount (just a tiny bit - and I put it on before foundation or sunscreen etc) and it works great! No wrinkles from foundation, concealer, sunscreen or eyeshadow. Even though the skin under my eyes tends to be very dry, my eyelids feel a bit oily during the day. This primer holds the eye shadow well even on rainy days. QUICK NOTE: If you find that the product is not spreading evenly, first rub it between your fingertips to warm it up. A little touch is enough, but if it's not heated first, it can stick together.
