Personal Champagne Review

If you like sparkle, this shadow is for you! I'm 51 so this is a bit much for me. However, the glittery sparkle is very fine particles, not thick chunky glitter, and it spreads easily, so if you want to put this on your shoulders or décolleté, you can certainly use it there.
