Can't speak to stretch marks on this one as I'm still in my first trimester. But I have to be honest. This stuff is so greasy and makes me itchy you have to use A LOT to cover the right areas. It's almost textured, like a lip balm trying to rub itself in, and it just isn't very good. You can easily use a small bath for a week, it also transfers to clothes.
