The band is very small. I'm a small woman with small wrists and I still have to pinch my fingers to take it off. I am very dissatisfied with my purchase and would not recommend any of my friends or family to purchase this item. I haven't opened it in over a month or I would have sent it back. Unhappy and disappointed.
