The Centurion Curved & Straight PRO-SNIPS set of 2 I'm a fan of for use for my indoor plants, patio and community garden harvesting and pruning needs.This set shipped well with no damage coming to the snips. The plastic packaging wasn't difficult at all to remove. I'm pleased the packaging has details on what these are best used for and information on how to prune ( where to prune, cutting angle and when to do so).These are 6.5 inches in size. The handles feature a rubber material for easy gripping. The rubber offers a bit of cushioning to help with hand fatigue. Each Snip has a spring and button in the center that can be slid up or down which allows for easy opening and closing while working with them.The Straight blade Snip and Upward Curved blade Snip have been a joy to use for snipping herbs and flowers. I have also used these for trimming off lower branches and stems of certain vegetables I grow.They are great for trimming and snipping all sorts of plants. I wouldn't use these for something with a thicker/harder stem like a rose or larger part of a rosemary branch but they work well for other smaller stemmed things.Do note these are very sharp. They feature no safety caps to put over the blades when not in use.I have small hands and they feel just the right size in mine. My husband has larger hands and said they work just fine for him too.I will be using these a lot over the next few months and will update as needed this review on how well they are continue to preform.The price is excellent and these get the job done. Recommended.
