Conclusion (and what I like): This product works and solves a real problem like the dishwasher top basket wheels broke, and now I can change wheels and use the top shelf again, and it's very economical too. What I don't like: The instructions they send are in lowercase and poor quality, so they are very difficult to follow/understand. I'm pretty quick, so I could handle it, but replacing the broken part took longer than I wanted. What I would improve: Unblocking/Locking doesn't block well. I had to work really hard not to let go of him and suddenly lower the bar. One side held up well after I pushed it into the locked position 3 or 4 times, but there were a lot more problems on the other side. I thought of using a zip tie to press it against the post but couldn't find it. After pushing it firmly into the locking position and also pushing down on the post to try to create friction/get it to stick, it finally came held, but it took about 30 minutes for it to stay locked. It's been fine for over a month now so I've stopped worrying about it, but it was very annoying during installation. Because of this, I didn't give five stars for durability or ease of installation.
