My athlete brother introduced me to this product and I am very happy about it! I love it. I have tried many appetite suppressants over the years and with the exception of the prescription ones, absolutely none of them have worked. I lost 17 pounds in 3 months thanks to better nutrition and these pills are helping curb my appetite. The first week I took them my heart was pounding a little and I felt a little overactive, but by the 2nd or 3rd week I wasn't feeling as much. I guess for years after coming home from the gym my body would automatically want to take a nap after high-intensity workouts. It was very frustrating because I had things to do and naps took up time but I had to do it or I wouldn't have been able to continue the day. These pills changed everything. I never had to take a nap while taking them. In fact, I couldn't take a nap even if I wanted to while taking these pills. I have much more good post-workout energy and focus, and others have commented on my more upbeat mood while taking it. I have to set a timer to remind me to eat or I'd forget. I only deducted one star because I would have liked the 2nd dose to last longer until the evening, but after 2 p.m. I don't dare to take the 2nd dose because I won't sleep through the night. When the company is ready for this review I definitely hope and pray that you don't change the formula as this is the best OTC product I have ever tried and I will definitely continue to use it.
