Works well but not as well as the old product that was replaced.
So we bought these because our old Carter waterproof pads were starting to fall apart (after 3 years. Worth the money). They are fine and I understand the changes, but there are two issues with the new ones. First, they are not as soft and fluffy as the old style. Second, they "sprinkle" weird snow in the dryer's lint filter, which gets spilled all over the place. But for the money it's ok.
