I really liked the quality of this little fountain. It's quite attractive, easy to assemble (about three steps!) and just what I wanted for a solarium (and porch in the summer). The pump is very quiet, it has small suction feet, so it does not rattle under its own power. The water flows beautifully and makes a pleasant soft sound, like a small stream. I added some smooth pebbles (real stones from the street, but you can buy small bags of polished pebbles for $1 in many places) to cover the base and placed a tiny ceramic frog on one of the sheets , and it looks great! The only thing that might be an issue for some people is that you have to plug in and out to turn it on or off, no switch. Some outlets in my house are connected to a wall switch, so all I have to do is turn it on and off and leave the fountain on.
