Helps with skin rashes in breastfed newborns

Newborns poop a lot which means many nappy changes a day. Napkins should be effective yet gentle. We used the 'green' brand which we still use for my two year old with no problem. However, my newborn developed a horrible weeping, bleeding diaper rash which I thought was made worse by the wipes. We switched to the usual sensitive brand given in hospitals with no improvement (but at least no worse). Finally tried it after reading great reviews and was satisfied. After ten days of using these wipes and a rich diaper cream, the bottom has completely healed. Pros: Effective - it only takes a one or two to get the job done, but very gentle. They solved the main problem that made me buy them. Cons: I prefer the scent of children's products and most importantly, it doesn't contain parabens, which they don't. Luckily the scent is very mild. Also, they only come in crumpled packaging that makes noise in the middle of the night. Too bad they came in a refill bath!
