So by looking at the picture you would think this is a nice sized pillow. When I did receive it I got a 1 inch thick pillow. It was a long king size but it is not comfortable at all. I would not recommend or would not buy another one.

I never bought a king sized pillow before, but I absolutely love it. This is the exact firmness that I prefer - about medium. It provides a good amount of support, but isn't as hard as a rock. I was skeptical about the "cooling" aspect of it, but I'm seriously impressed after sleeping on it for a few weeks. I needed king size memory foam pillows and came to revain to find them since regular stores don't sell king size. They are amazing pillows, barely any odor, cooling, but not freezing cold, soft and getting the shape back quickly. After a few months of using them, they look and feel like new. Highly recommended.

The fact that it came in a slim box was really neat. I liked that it was compact. The cooling gel aspect seems to work well.it tends to be cooler than my other pillows.

I ordered this pillow and when I took it out of the vacuum seal packaging, it never fluffed up. Submitted for a replacement and the same thing happened with the replacement too. This is not a good product.

This is a great pillow if you like firm and I mean FIRM pillows. It will be pretty luxurious if you've been sleeping on a rock under a bridge for the last 10 years. I will say it's well made and has a nice cover that I'll probably use on an actual pillow like pillow.

Great support . Has maintained its integrity so far . Alleviates pressure off the neck perfect height not too high or too low .

I have try so many pillows with little success, this is the best. It helped me to sleep better. It was a nice balance between soft and firm, hope it stays like this forever

Both pillows never raised. One made it to 2 inches and the second made it to 1 inch. Pass on these pillows until they get the quality figured out.

Even though I have had this pillow only for a few days, I have slept so much better since it arrived. I wanted a pillow that was soft enough so my head could sink in a bit and yet keep my neck supported so I didn't have a stiff neck in the morning.

Never inflated. Asked for a replacement, which also never inflated. Once would be a dud, but twice is a design mistake. Worst part is that one corner is never fully folded, so it was a lot higher than the rest of the pillow.

Says it takes 48-72 hours to fluff up. We waited 96 for it to fluff up to a piddly 3 inch thickness. Very disappointed and end up returning.
