I've been using Incrediwear while I sleep for years. It really seems to help with my plantar fascia. Sometimes I can't sleep until I put them on. You can feel your blood circulating almost immediately. Finally, after 3 years, I bought new ones - they are durable, comfortable, easy to wash, but over time they lose some of their comfort, like any fabric with daily use. This is the only product I can wear as I am sensitive to synthetics, this is the only fabric with cotton added. Works best and is most convenient. No itching, no rashes. Tried others but they are either too tight or too loose.
