Two of three sections dead after two years

Worked fine for two years. But now one panel has gone completely dead, and another one emits less than a night-light's worth of luminosity. I have it plugged into a socket on the ceiling of my garage. I never touched it after installing it. It just gets used regularly in the garage.The photo kind of looks like it's next to a wall, but it's not - I just have that leaf folded up and that's the edge of where the light hits the ceiling.

The 60W power usage of the light fixture may result in higher energy costs than traditional light bulbs
