***UPDATE*** After contacting the seller I received an email stating they would replace the faulty lights but they were temporarily out of stock. A few days later I received a another message stating the lights were sent with an estimated delivery date. Not only did they arrive 4 days early but I was surprised to received a new box of six lights.As I said in my original review, (you can read it below) these are very nice lights. I purchased these to try on my on my pool and they do a great job.

They mount pretty slick.The light they put off is perfect accent lighting. not to bright but not to dim.I would have ordered a bunch more. BUT,The lights do not last very long at all once its dark.Usually, they are out or very dim before 9pm after being charging in direct sunlight all day.they also need FULL Sunlight to even have a chance.I have several other Solar lights that only see sun half the day and are still going strong when I leave to work in the mornings.Maybe I got a bad pack of…

Very dim light, suitable as an accent but not enough to provide any visibility at night. I needed these to provide some light around the perimeter of my fence so I could see my dog at night, and they were not bright enough to illuminate the fence (4 feet high), much less the grass or my dog as she moved around the yard. Returned them, which was an easy process, so at least it wasn’t a hassle.

The first thing I noticed about these was the thickness of both the transparent acrylic as well as the solar and mounting component. They’re both very thick and substantial giving a real feel of quality to this product. I love the transparent part. It has a little air bubbles in it that not only pick up the light when It is activated at night, but add some interest during the day as well. These look pretty cool but have a weakness - the batteries are low capacity 600mah ni-cds, so unless you're planning to put them where they get all day sun, it's likely that they'll dim relatively early in the evening for lack of juice.One solution is to open them up, which is very easy, and replace the included battery with Revainbasics high capacity ni-mh batteries, and pre-charge those batteries before installation. These lights were so great when I first put them up. I bought them, especially for my Thanksgiving dinner party. I out them up about a month ago and just noticed tonight ( 1 day before Thanksgiving) NONE of them are on and one is very dimly lit. So angry because the occasion I bought them for is a bust. Guess I should have waited to install them, plus I drilled holes in my wall and they don't work. I will return and maybe try a new set but after that its over.

We bought two sets of these lights for a total of 12 to install on our deck. We weren't huge fans of the disco effect that the dynamic color mode put off (fading from one color to the next throughout the night). I like the soft light these give off. I purchased them to use for my patio steps. As my steps are made of concrete, there wasn't away for me to permanently attaches these to the corners of the steps. However, I did have some weatherproof adhesive strips that I cut to size to make it work. Easy to use and relatively easy install. The price is right!

The reason I purchased lights is because description said lights come on at night and stay on. I need the lights to show if gates are open or closed but by morning the light doesn't shine. Our nights are 10 hrs in December, perhaps when we get shorter nights, they will still be on in morning. I started out using them in color mode and they were very pretty, but changed to single to save power, but still not enough power to last the night.

The posting makes you think these are very bright, they are not. Other than using them for a marker, they serve no purpose. I was hoping to use them for walkway lights, but they really would not provide enough lights for safety. The other issue is they will not sit on a flat or corner surface by themselves and you cannot screw them to concrete. They are really only made to fasten to a wood surface.

Until a few days I go I used the light on our balcony with setting set to WHITE. Extremely easy to put together - done in a snap after you move the switch to your preferred light scheme. Easy to install. I simply placed these on a patio wall made of brick. Little glue worked perfect to lock them in. I used these lights around my pool. I bought more a couple times. I am a big outdoor solar lights person. Our yard is large and dark and I walk our dog at night and don't want to run into any coyotes or raccoons. These lights work really well around the pool and light up inside the pool so no critters end up in the pool. Plus we can see if anything is in the pool at night. I highly recommend these lights and I am really happy with them. They have been up about 5 months now and still work really

These are very pretty and easy to install, However because of where the solar panel is, if you place them on top of your deck the solar panel would be stepped on.

I’m happy to say these lights work as advertised and super easy to install. I get compliments about the style they present.

I loved these when I first got them and wanted to get more but held off based on previous reviews saying some of them stopped working. Two of the 6 I had stopped working after about 6 months, the other ones are gray and still really bright but sad some of them stopped working after some time.

We have installed 34 of these along about 220 feet of cedar fence around our yard. They mount to a horizontal 2x6 on top of the fence, so the light block is perhaps 3/8" from the wood surface, and they look great. Depending on how much sun they get we have them last all night regularly except in winter even in SoCal (night is still longer, and there's less daylight too. YMMV.) We've had them for about 9 months and none have failed.

I am so happy with this product that I bought 3 more boxes to use on my front porch and my back deck. After you initially you click the setting that you desire, keep in mind that the sensors determine when they will automatically turn on. When someone else's review spoke about theirs being broken because they only turned on when turned upside down, this was highly likely because the sensor was sensing to much light was present to trigger it on. Turning it upside down limited the amount of light
