I really like this bulb. It looks pretty much exactly as advertised and the colors are gorgeous. My photos don't do it justice. Honestly my only complaint is that I can't stare at it too long or I'll get eye-floaties from the light lol.

Frankly, these are better when they aren't lit. The interior filament is very bright and shines through to catch the eye. I love the colors and design and I have mine displayed in a very modern fixture that is meant to expose the bulb and display it. It has a really pretty shape and the colors are nice.

This actually makes more for a nice conversation piece when it's not lit. I was expecting something that would produce light almost akin to how the sun looks through stained glass. The reality is that when it's lit, it is pretty, though it doesn't produce a very bright light. Nor does it really create the sort of colors that I'd expect in a room. Smaller than expected. Smaller than an appliance bulb. You can’t see any stain glass effects when you turn the porch light on leaving nothing more than a LED bulb. Too tiny for stain glass effects.

Gave off more of a soft pink glow instead of a defined kaleidoscope effect. Tried the bulb in different fixtures, but wasn't able to achieve the look shown in the description.

It's bigger than I thought it would be but that's a plus in my book. I wish the colors were a bit darker. Obviously with my red walls I wasn't expecting much but my ceiling is white so I'm hoping the colors will show up there.

So was very exited about this bulb - I thought it would add ambiance. It does not. the light is way too bright and as such you do not see any of the colors. Basically you get a pretty light bulb when off but no color effect when on.

I use these during the Christmas season. They replaced the incandescent type, which I felt guilty about using, having converted all other bulbs to energy-efficient. So happy these are available now.

I have a clear, semi circle leaded glass window which sits in an alcove above front door. When we added a covered porch, the window was covered up. It was very dark & gloomy. I added this bulb in the alcove to shine directly up at the window & it’s bright & gives the illusion of colored stain glass. Love it.

Using the ST64 in an clear fixture, the yellow overpowered the other colors. Worked better in a shaded lamp. Did not try it in a can fixture.

A little too bright. Not to mention the colors are not deep enough for true colors to shine the way you would want it to on atained glass.

These rainbow, stained-glass bulbs were used in a plain white lamp shade. Gives off such a pleasant, warm hue. Not extremely bright, which is perfect for people who prefer yellow-white lighting. LED, so they will last a long time too.

I've bought these bulbs for years at Target, Ace Hardware, Walmart and they have a beautiful glow with definition of color. This might as well be a regular bulb. The light is soft, but not colored at all. Very disappointed
