Not colored lighting

I've bought these bulbs for years at Target, Ace Hardware, Walmart and they have a beautiful glow with definition of color. This might as well be a regular bulb. The light is soft, but not colored at all. Very disappointed

This bulb gives a nice low lighting for the evening while producing cool colors. I have purchased several.
