I really liked this collar for my dog. I saw a 4.6/5 rating and didn't read the bad reviews. Luckily I found the problems before anything bad happened. This collar has been given to my dog twice in the two weeks since purchase. She wasn't on a leash or anything. It appears to be good material and doesn't look like it will open, but that is very deceptive. I'm glad we found this issue before it happened when she was outside on the leash or accidentally detached. Her collar and tags will be somewhere that can help someone bring her home when she runs away. I have to rate it negatively for the sole reason that the collar is unreliable. I'm so sad because it's so cute, but it's the least important part of the collar when we talk about practicality. I was hoping we had a broken collar but when I came back and read the bad reviews I realized I wasn't the only one with this problem.
