2 days before the final stopped working.

Both cartridges giving me error code 1401 suddenly after using them for 5 weeks , hardly used it, and my last exam, which required me to type 20 pages of study notes, goes by in 36 hours. I've tried turning the printer on and off multiple times, restarting and updating the computer, and even hard resetting the computer. Please do yourself a favor and buy another brand! I will definitely get my money back from Revain for them.
