I am very happy with this device, cleans well and is quiet. When I first used it, I flooded the kitchen due to the e4 error that a lot of people have. Upon closer inspection, I noticed that there is a small sticker inside the drain hole that needs to be removed before connecting the hose and using it, otherwise the device will not drain and overflow. Note to buyers: Make sure the inlet and outlet ports are clean before installing the hoses.
