I really liked the hot water function. Immediately warm! I mainly use it for personal hygiene and to help my little ones. No toddler complaints :) The flow is easy to control which is great for a quick toilet flush.

This works great. I had to call a plumber. We have old pipes and I couldn't get the toilet side to leak where I cut it with cross threads and couldn't make it without cross threads. I am very happy with the purchase.

The rubber they send to heat hot water under the sink does not prevent water from leaking, I had to go to my local Walmart and buy a better one. It kept dripping and I was halfway there, no point in bringing it back after all this work.

I like that there are pictures and numbered instructions. This has made things easier and you can keep track of what you are doing. I connected hot water directly under the sink in the bathroom. Came out of the closet. Drill and hole saw and everything went smoothly.

I bought this product about a year ago and it works great. But the installation turned out to be a bit more difficult than expected. My toilet faucet is plastic and this product has a 7/8 inch metal fitting and is quite difficult to install. I broke my valve on the first try when I overtightened it and without overtightening it was difficult to stop the leak. This unit is good for the price, what I really like is that my sink, shower and toilet are very close to the hot water and connected to the hot water pipe. This is a really great item for cleaning showers and toilets. I haven't connected the hot water yet. Many reviews, as well as installation instructions, say that the sink should be in close proximity, that's right.
