5ft 8.5in 155 lbs. I have a size that sometimes fits me small and sometimes medium. I check the size chart is right between small and medium and have read to go up a size if unsure. Fair enough. It's a bit big for a medium size so I was hoping a good wash would make it perfect. but the width was a bit too big. After washing, the length has decreased by almost two inches, and the width has decreased by about one inch. I like the width, arms and neck after washing, but the length has increased Lost a lot You can see my stomach when I raise my hands. Air dry and slightly larger or dry and it fits perfectly except for the length.
