👕 Gildan White Large V Neck T-Shirts - Men's Clothing and Shirts Review

Just bought my 5th pack of these v-neck t-shirts. I've been wearing them for 3 years now and will be buying more. They are well made from good thick cotton material. A total of 30 shirts with no question or problem.

mech. I think you get what you pay for. The first day they arrived, the first one I wore had a hole in the shoulder seam where it wasn't sewn properly. I guess I should have paid an extra $1 or $2 for Hanes or Fruit of the Loom. I haven't tested the other 5 but I'm not sure if they will last long. I'll write another review if they hold up, but I expect Gildan won't send me a replacement, so I recommend just spending the extra money on a better brand.

Don't get me wrong I'm NOT saying don't buy these t shirts just know you get 5 t shirts for $12 , well, they're not exactly the top shelves. Bought these as an experiment, having previously bought Gildan (bought very heavy t-shirts and they were great) thinking maybe they could be about the same quality. Not the same. 5ft 8.5in 155 lbs. I have a size that sometimes fits me small and sometimes medium. I check the size chart is right between small and medium and have read to go up a size if unsure. Fair enough. It's a bit big for a medium size so I was hoping a good wash would make it perfect. but the width was a bit too big. In general I'm a picky shopper when it comes to quality but when it comes to a t-shirt I just want something of decent quality at a good price. Three Calvin Klein v-neck t-shirts at Costco for $19.99 cost more than what I thought was necessary (although they're definitely better quality). So I found these Gildans and tried them out. I got them before I left as my husband often wears shirts like this and his old ones are outdated! Fits well he is 5ft 9185lbs and we are a medium size.

Let's start with the positives at an unbeatable price but they are too big for XL and the white shows through. I like to wear V-necks to work on a casual Friday, but they are not suitable for a casual Friday as they are larger than usual and are see-through.
