I am a first time mom and I am on a mission to make my breastfeeding journey less miserable. My electric pump struggled to pump out the remaining colostrum. So I bought them to allow heat to stimulate flow and then cool my nipples. I didn't get it at first, but it only comes with ONE pair. It looks like 2 pairs in the picture but it's just a case they give to put on a pair. Second, they don't keep you warm for very long. I warmed them up and when I turned on the pump and was ready to go (maybe 1 minute later) they were just a little warm. Which brings me to my third point. The instructions clearly state that they must be microwaved for 20 seconds, not in 5 second intervals. I was dying to find out how fast they cool down and today I warmed them up for 30 seconds. The compress melted in several places. I had them for exactly 3 days and now they are over. I will not replace her.
