The material is good and sewn well.

I bought this item to keep my only cat from licking all the fur off his belly and hind legs. 3 stars because the size chart is either wrong or the size I received is not the size I ordered. The label says XL but it doesn't fit my 14 lb cat even though the size chart says it should fit. I decided to try it on my 20lb cat and it didn't work for her either. In both cats, the neck opening was too small, it was too narrow at the shoulders to fit the arms. The item itself is cute, disappointed that it didn't fit.
