Poor workmanship

Poor workmanship of the inner lining. It is separated from the corner. It was an expensive bag. I had high expectations. Now I can't ask for a refund or replacement. And I found a rat/mouse in a bag. When I wiped it off, there were a lot of small black hairs. So sad!
