I have a PSO rite that I love but this is the one size that fits best with the option to purchase other types and sizes for different body parts. On Thirval Plus, a set of nozzles replaces the PSO rite, except that the distance between the two points is independently and incrementally adjustable to any width. The back brace has given me better upper spine opening that is superior to foam rollers and medicine balls as the individual pieces help you penetrate the muscles along the spine. You sit back and look at the ceiling! Parts of my spine opened up and I couldn't straighten up and my chest and rib cage are bigger now, my shoulders are retracted and I stand a bit taller because it resists the effects of gravity over time. For people who spend a lot of time hunched over the keyboard, this will be a godsend to regain their posture and get rid of the look for years. I haven't gotten to the third set of appendices yet because I'm delighted with the first two, but this gives way more than I expected, I'm in seventh heaven with it.
