We have a convection wood stove (Longwood MK VII Dual Fuel) where the ash door needed a new gasket change - this is the version with the gasket cable It doesn't seal well and looks not at all like the original gasket. The original gasket was white, thin, flexible and worked great. but it was asbestos. It was great to find this deal and these sheets are similar in every way that matters - they seal the entire door, not just the edges. Easy to cut with a utility knife, the size we need is only 1/3 sheet used (4 sheets in one pack. There is no other way to get less sheets). . It's worth it for the great seal.
