This pouch is oversized and the shark mouth openings are perfect for accessing the inside of the pouch. I was looking for a bag that is more compact and perfect for a skinny 5ft 4in teenager to carry around without the bulk of a standard backpack. With a few straps I was able to easily modify this pack. I added velcro straps to the current velcro (inside) to hold her grocery bag and ice pack. The monitor sits well at the bottom, the tube doesn't buckle. It has a thermal pad inside to keep the liquid cool. The zipper and wide "mouth" open wide for quick access to all pockets and the feeding machine if needed. Our daughter easily used different pockets for all the nutrition pump supplies, a couple of water bottles, medicines, her wallet. Now that the feeding tube has been removed our daughter is looking forward to using it again for trips as a hydration bag or regular backpack.
