I wear this mug almost everywhere, all day, every day. I had it for 3 1/2 months and I dropped it, knocked it off the table and it slid off the roof of my car while charging. So far it has shown no signs of wear or damage. It keeps my drinks cold for at least 8 hours with less than 2 inches of ice when filled. No more diluted soda for me :)). Another feature is the thread for the lid; This is a double thread "half turn". That means you tighten the cap so that the opening ends directly opposite its original position - perfect for right- and left-handers alike. And the carving is deep enough that only complete destruction of the lid will result in catastrophic loss of the drink. I even left it in the car for 2-3 hours in the Arizona sun (cabin temp 150F+). And even though my steering wheel and mug were too hot to touch on the outside, the drink stayed cold and the ice stayed. Did I already tell you that I love this mug?
