I am 5 feet tall, 122 pounds. I ordered this in a Small and Medium. The pictures are me in the Medium.I would say this runs on the smaller side in the bottom area and a little large in the top area. Overall, I'd size up. I don't recommend if you have a long torso. I think it will pull too much on your lower half (IMO).Pros: it's cute. I like the wrap style. I was hesitant because I'm extremely picky about leggings. I'm glad I ordered them. These are buttery soft, similar to LLR. and very comfy!I suggest not putting in the dryer (possibly washing in cold/delicate) to keep them from pilling.I'm 5'3" approx 125. I'd normally order small, but I (read some of the reviews) & ordered an XS.I'm glad I did. I find they run big & they're a bit long. So, I'd suggest sizing down 1 size. We’ve tried several other "suction plates " but they were all easily ripped off and flung on the floor. Not these plates baby! The suction is phenomenal! I will say the "Faja” is ok! I was expecting a better quality since there from Columbia. It fits loose at the bottom of leg and the waist does stretch out.
