Great headphones, seemingly poor design

PROS: Overall the headphones are great, the noise cancellation works very well, the sound is great, the overall comfort and fit is good CONS: They seem to rely on a separate adapter to plug in to leave your phone, how else a mistake, my usb-c connector was bent 10Β° which made it very uncomfortable to plug in, comofrt tips from a company other than rayz fell apart after a few months, after a while they worked just stopped using my phone ( pixel3xl) did not recognize it and refused to work. Great headphones, but one day they just broke despite not being subjected to any real abuse other than everyday wear. It's not worth $100 because my return date has passed and I won't be buying another pair of these things. You can even buy just the adapter directly from Rayz, which is most likely an issue with the headphones, but I don't want to sit in the support desk just to get a small part that only seems to exist to get out of the build. Just make two pairs. Lighting and USBC, it would probably prevent this and look smoother overall. TLDR: great headphones, seemingly bad design.

Pros
  • Sturdy build
Cons
  • No performance
