I really liked trying it when I was pregnant, but unfortunately it didn't work for me. The pillow is very hard so it wasn't very comfortable for my neck. I roll over at night too, so I end up trying to flip this pillow under the covers to the other side of my bed - it was too bulky and not that comfortable to sleep on anyway, so I put it back the way it is was. not worth the trouble. It's good for support when sitting, reading in bed, watching TV, etc., but not good for me for sleeping.
