If I want to travel, it helps to get up early. I view teeth whitening as a lifelong endeavor. I have yellowed and gray teeth from coffee, tea, compulsion and drugs. I have a whitening kit from the dentist. I will be using it after getting the most out of the "whitening brush" technique which I love. This works similarly to the other less expensive pen method. Both require you to perform the procedure. If you can't do this, you will find yourself burning money. I have a nervous tic that prevents me from doing what is necessary to complete this. I tried with another pen I have and the same thing happens. So I postponed it for a few days. Now that I see how much better (soft, fragrant, fresh) the product is compared to other similar ones, I prefer this product when I'm away from home for a few days. I like to do professional bleaching baths with a stronger formula at least 2-3 days a week for half an hour until I can tolerate the bleach. Of my favorite over the counter methods, I prefer this pen and whitening brush. The brush is my favorite because I do what feels natural, brush my teeth. I'll do that anyway, day and night. So it is still the third in OTC methods. Convenient to take with you when travelling. I have an advantage over other teeth whitening enthusiasts. I only need to whiten four teeth.
