- as described it contains hydrogen peroxide which according to some research online prior to my order works to whiten teeth - I used as directed as is a pen attached to the box, it takes some effort to follow the instructions but I wanted to try it to see the results - the descriptions say the results are in 3-4 days. I haven't seen any significant effect so quickly, although I see a small difference. - I think in my case it will take more than 2-3 pins and more time to see a good difference.
