Revain Hex Grips These grips are exactly how I wanted them to be and with daily use they get even better. I've tried KontrolFreek thumb grips before. When played intensely, the grips bounced, distracted and (ultimately) even annoyed me. After about a week of use I gave up on them completely. Hexagonal handles provide more surface area to work with, while angles allow for more precise directional movement. They are comfortable and will not slip/loosen. While I've noticed that the buttons themselves slowly move around the top of the joystick throughout gameplay, this isn't a problem at all as it has to do with pressure while playing and eventually adjusting to directional movements while playing. Tactile bumps are useful and convenient; The material of these grips is also good. They are matte, not too hard and not too soft. The grips have a concave center for your thumbs, and if you have small hands like mine, your thumb will fit comfortably in the center. You can easily switch from the center to one of the raised edges, knowing you can make more precise movements in the direction. Great that it comes in a pack of two.
