Fraud/Manifest Misrepresentation

Advertised as full grain leather, also in main image. Full grain leather is the highest class. The bottom is clearly marked "genuine leather" which is the lowest quality of genuine leather. Also, I have a size 34 waist, so according to the instructions I bought a size 36 belt. The tip of the belt barely touches the metal. Not even close to the expected size.
