I liked that we could be able to scale our infrastructure quickly without having any limitations or worries about cost management. We were also given access to some really powerful tools like ECS which allowed us to have more control over how things ran within containers, allowing for better monitoring & troubleshooting when something went wrong. There was nothing i disliked at all from my experience with icg. They are very good people who care deeply not only about their customers but also making sure you always get what is best suited for your business needs. If anyone wants an excellent managed service provider then this should definitely be considered! The benefits include being provided with high quality services while still getting great value out of them. Being able to use EC2 instances instead of physical servers allows us to save time because it's much easier than managing everything ourselves - even if someone else does most of the work.
